With it being the first day of the year of the Dragon Mike O'Brien, ArenaNet Founder and President, released some great news about Guild Wars 2. Guild Wars 2 will release later this year, probably around September-November we will just have to wait and see. Not only has a year been set for Guild Wars 2 but more information regarding their betas was posted. ArenaNet has recently finished their first beta testing and is moving on to a larger scale testing. In the months of March and April ArenaNet will be "aggressively" upping the size of their beta testing groups to allow more people to give Guild Wars 2 a spin.

Update: More information/a clarification has been given out about the Guild Wars 2 Open Beta. The Open Betas will be more like Beta Weekend Events where specific events and tasks will be given to players to play through. If you played the original Guild Wars you might recall the same method used for testing the campaign packs. The Weekend Beta Events will usually start on a Friday and come to a close Sunday.

The Razer Naga Hex features six programmable buttons on the side for your thumb to click on. They are neatly arranged in an easy to use hexagon layout. With mechanical switches for the buttons, the Razer Naga Hex will be able to read up to 250 clicks per minute to ensure all your clicks are registered. In the center of the programmable buttons lays an interchangeable rubber thumb rest that you can change the height on. The Razer Naga Hex will also be the first Razer mouse to ship with Synapse 2.0. Synapse 2.0 will automatically save your custom settings for your Razer device to the cloud. This will allow you to easily transfer your Razer mouse from computer to computer.

En Masse Entertainment has announced Tera's Official release date for North America to be May 1, 2012. You will be able to purchase Tera through retail and online stores with the option of a Standard copy or a Collector's Edition. More details to come this February on the contents of the Collector's Edition.

Tera has opened up closed beta registrations to the public. The closed beta will be invitations only and require one for each session. At the end of the closed beta there will be an open beta session just before the launch of Bluehole Studio's game Tera. Novalogic has announced that Delta Force Angel Falls has entered alpha phase one and are currently accepting applications to enter the testing. Unlike most applications this one is simple enough, although not as simple the beta registration for PlanetSide 2. Novalogic is asking applicants to submit an email to AngelFallsAlpha 'at' novalogic.com with a full name, address, email, NW Account PC-ID, and specs of your computer. VIP and Gold NovaWorld members we get priority.
